Why you should know your body type
Knowing your genetic structure can help you tremendously in creating your diet and workout plan. The 3 main body types are Ectomorph, Endomorph, and Mesomorph.
Combination Body Types
Often times a person's body doesn't perfectly fit the description of the 3 core genetic body structures. This can mean that a person's body is a combination body type. Such as an ecto-endo, or an endo-meso. It's common for people to fall in between one of the three core genetic body types, but it's important to know which genetic type you are when assessing your diet and workout regime.
