So, what's next for Arnold? Will Arnold run for president? He has expressed strong interest in running for President of the United States, but there is one problem. You have to be born in America to run for President, and Arnold was born in Austria. For Arnold to be able to run for President an amendment to the Constitution must be approved by two-thirds majorities in the House and Senate, and then be ratified by three-fourths of state legislatures. That is not very likely to happen.
