Jay Cutler interview in 2009. Jay discusses how he got into Bodybuilding when he was a teenager. When he was 18 he says he saw Chris Dickerson on the cover of a magazine and that's what he wanted to look like. He gained professional status at 23 years old. His motivation was to be the best bodybuilder he could be. He set realistic goals early on. He talks about losing Mr. Olympia and regaining his Mr. Olympia title back. He talks about his daily routine (getting up at 7am and in bed by 10pm at night). He mentions that he trains 5 days a week. He says the most common mistakes he see's new bodybuilders make is they don't follow a diet program, they overtrain, and under eat. Jay eats every 2 hours, consuming 7 meals a day. 400 grams of protein a day, 1000 carbs per day (fruits pasts, potatoes). He thanks his fans in Russia and fans of Muscletech supplements.
