Are you one of those people who want pre-workout energy, but don't want to consume caffeine? There aren't too many alternative supplements for caffeine-based pre workout products, but we are going to give you some tips that have worked for some people - not all people.
Some say that an apple will give you just as much energy as a cup of coffee. We have put this to the test and surprisingly did find that it provided a small increase in energy. The problem was that all of our test subjects were coffee drinkers, which possibly tainted the effects.
This was an extremely important discovery because organic, non-caffeine based energy products are hard to come by, so this may be a better option for people who don't want to buy coffee, 5-hour energy, Monster Energy, and various pre-workout supplements.
We have searched high and low, and have yet to find a supplement that has no caffeine in it (that we felt was safe). This doesn't mean they don't exist; we simply couldn't find any.
