6. Motion picture pictures and other audiovisual works;

In no way does FullSpike copyright protection include works, specifically in regards to musical works and/or other types of media in use in any FullSpike commercial, advertisements and other types of media(using graphic and motion picture and other audiovisual elements that we have received permission to use). Any artistic works of which copyrights do not belong to us we have received permission to use and the copyrights belong to those respective authors, artists, clients, corporations and other media companies.
