Your order will be shipped discreetly in a plain package with a shipping label from FullSpike Labs. There are no images or writing on the package that identifies its contents.

We only provide your name and address to a third party fulfillment center (shipping company) in order for them to ship your order to you. They may communicate with you regarding your account information and/or any customer service issues and concerns, including sending you a confirmation e-mail to confirm your order. According to the shipping company’s policies, they may respond to your communications such as issues or concerns, or ask for your participation in customer service satisfaction surveys, reset your password upon request by you the customer, provide you with newsletters, updates or promotions and/or special offers. We are not liable for any damages or losses during the shipping process.
