FULLSPIKE.COM SHIPPING POLICY

When you have selected your method of shipping your order will be sent to you via FedEx or USPS. You may select one of several shipping options based upon speed of delivery. We reserve the right to charge a slight handling fee for each product order so that we can cover expenses incurred; this expense may be included in the price you see at the checkout page. Because of this there may be higher fees than what you may find at FedEx or USPS.

Because of the possible occurrence of CUSTOMER FRAUD and MAIL THEFT, YOU as the customer, agree that you cannot hold FullSpike liable for orders (LOST or MISSING) that we have shipped which are shown as being delivered to the address and/or zip code that you provided to us in your order. We will gladly assist a customer by providing them with tracking information to law enforcement authorities if a customer chooses to file a report for mail that is either lost or stolen. FullSpike cannot guarantee that these types of scenarios will not occur, for that we apologize in advance. FullSpike is not liable for any damaged items or items that do not arrive. We, as FullSpike, trust the product to be delivered on time and undamaged within the care of FedEx or USPS. We are not responsible for the shipping and handling.

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. Also note that FullSpike ships Monday through Saturday, excluding US Federal holidays. Backordered items typically ship out within 2-10 business days, only if they are available from the manufacturer. USPS Express orders can only be shipped Monday through Friday until 4:00pm each day. Express orders that are placed after 4:00pm Friday or during the weekend, will be shipped on Monday or the first business day should a Federal Holiday fall on Monday. Delivery is typically guaranteed for next day or 2 days depending upon location.

(Orders that are placed by 4:00pm CST (US) Monday through Friday are shipped the same day, granted that the product is in stock.

(MILITARY ADDRESS: APO/FPO) FullSpike ships all orders sent to AP and FPO Boxes via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. According to product availability and location, orders typically arrive at your Military Address within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times to your military address may vary. IMPORTANT NOTE: FullSpike is not liable for packages lost by Military Mail.

Purchases made via Paypal: we can only ship to the confirmed Paypal address. FullSpike must follow Paypal’s Rules and Regulations, that clearly state that we may only ship to the address which has been confirmed on the Paypal account. YOU are the sole proprietor of your Paypal account and you must insure that your Paypal account information is up-to-date and confirmed on their system(s). (PLEASE NOTE: Shipping labels are both printed and generated in bulk. Requests for shipping to another address CANNOT be seen.)

We ask that you please wait 14 days before notifying us if your package does not arrive. 14 days is the required wait time before we can file a missing claim. After 14 days, we will file a claim (if possible), set a tracer on the package, and determine whether or not we can refund or reship at that particular time.

RETURN POLICY: In accordance with our 60 Day Guarantee, within 60 days of receiving your order, you may return any UNOPENED product(s) for a refund, as long the product is in resalable condition, and has not been opened, tainted, or tampered by any means. Customers are required to contact us prior to reshipping (returning) any products to our facility so that they can obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If a customer fails to obtain an RMA and reships a product to our facility in spite of the requirement, FullSpike is not liable and is under no circumstances required to refund your product purchase or any other fees you have may encountered. Customers may obtain an RMA by contacting FullSpike via email. We require that ALL returns be insured with tracking and delivery confirmation; this will allow us to process your refund in a time-efficient manner. Shipping and handling costs are NOT refundable. If you have decided that you want a refund, please be sure that the product in your possession meets the above criteria (unused and UNOPENED). Should the criteria not be met, FullSpike reserves and maintains the right to refuse a refund. All sales on clearance items are FINAL.

If packages are turned to us by FedEx or USPS for reasons such as insufficient address information, we will promptly notify you. Please understand that no refunds are provided for a lack of information (which you are responsible for providing) or mistakes made by FedEx or USPS. Packages returned by International Customs due to the denial of such products for any reasons disclosed or undisclosed CANNOT be reshipped and only the product alone will be refunded. Shipping costs and other fees will not be refunded. YOU as the customer are solely responsible for checking with local customs in regards to the admittance or entry of a particular product into their country, and you are solely responsible for proper customs fees and/or duties associated. Therefore FullSpike is not responsible or liable for any customs fees and/or duties that you encounter.

Should you cancel your order before we ship your product (before receiving a shipment notification via email with shipment identification number), there will be a 5% order cancellation processing fee.
