Does 1MR taste good? Yes, Fruit Punch tasted pretty good. Not too shabby.
Serving Size Effectiveness:
Is the recommended 1 scoop actually enough? Yes, for the new version the serving size was very effective. Much much better than the old version.
Does 1MR dissolve well in water? Dissolved decently. There were still some chunks floating around.
Does 1MR make you poop? Yes, it did make us hit the bathroom after approximately 12 minutes of drinking it.
Avg. time to kick in was about 7 minutes.
Do you feel anything with 1MR? 1MR gave us a really good sensation. One of the best we've tried so far.
How long does 1MR last? It lasted about 20-25 minutes on average.
Does 1MR increase performance in the gym? Yes, we had pretty solid strength in the gym. Definitely well above normal levels and on par with other top pre workout supplements.
Does 1MR affect your sleep at night? We experienced no sleep problems.

So, does 1.M.R (Fruit Punch) actually work? This time it does. We were pleasantly surprised. It kicks in...you feel it...it makes you poop...it helped us increase our weight in the gym, and we had consistent energy throughout. How did Bpi do this? We freaking hated the original version of 1MR. You know what comes to mind with the new one? "Sweep the leg Johnny!!" They pulled out all the stops with this product. It seriously kicks your ass. And if it doesn't...well... you'll at least have a healthy colon!!
