Taste was top notch. Even the girls liked this one; Which says a lot considering how bad some of these supps taste. We tried Fruit Punch and it was an easy drink.
Serving Size Effectiveness
Serving size says 1 scoop, equaling 40 servings per container. But we took it up one more scoop and then another, for a total of 3 scoops. We felt we had a little more energy, although keep in mind that it was hard to tell how much because of the fact that beta-alanine has been removed from this formula. No pins and needles here folks.
Like its predecessor, Jack3D's solubility is perfect. No complaints there.
No issues. The bathroom caught a break this time.
After an average of 22 minutes we started to feel a bit more lively.
While we felt as though we had just taken a shot of espresso, we felt no sensation as we did with the previous version.
It lasted for about 2 hours. Duration is very good.
We noticed that our energy levels had been slightly raised, but it was nothing monstrous or memorable like the old version.
We took Jack3D at precisely 7:00PM on the dot. We did this on purpose, of course, to see if it would affect our sleep. Most of us were tired enough for sleep at around 11:00PM but the first hour falling asleep was difficult.
More like Jill3d than Jack3d...
For us, Jack3D Micro reminded us little of its predecessor, which set the bar VERY high. Dammit, we wanted that skin tearing, bang-your-head-against-the-wall insane rush, but we just didn't get it!! Also absent, was that itchy ants-under-your-skin pins and needles feeling, which some people love, and others hate from the previous version of Jack3d. It's not that we need that pins and needles sensation, but to not feel even the slightest sensation from a reboot of the product that first introduced us to it, was rather unusual considering that was old Jack3d's signature move.
While all of us noticed at least some increase in energy, and a pretty decent pump, some of us here just prefer that wild ass scratchy sensation of the older version. To be fair, everyone had a good workout, and no one experienced any side effects like headaches, nauseous after exercise and it didn't affect sleep at all; That's pretty impressive. So, USP Labs' Jack3d Micro is a welcome addition to the energy supplement lineup. Will this be our go-to energy supplement? For us that want the most potent pre workout we can get our hands on, no. HOWEVER, two members of the FullSpike.com editorial team do not like supplements with the ingredient beta alanine, so they were excited about this little bodybuilding supplement. The rest of the group likes to feel it, and based on their reviews thus far, they're sticking with the old version of Jack3d or Cellucor C4. Just because we sell it, doesn't mean we all have to like it, and it certainly isn't the case here. We'll do another update after a few more weeks with this product and see how things go.
Remember, with any stimulant or energy product, your results WILL VARY, and may be vastly different from ours. Everyone's body is different and reacts differently to certain products, ingredients and formulas. Oh yeah, and don't forget to read those warning labels!
