(FullSpike) Nano Vapor Hardcore is a pre-workout energy supplement developed by Controlled Labs. This was our first experience with Nano Vapor Hardcore so we went into this review with no expectations.

Taste:

Really good, naNO Vapor Hardcore (flavor: blue raspberry glacior) was one of the better tasting supplements we have tried. No problems there.

Serving Size Effectiveness
Muscletech's recommended serving size of 1 scoop (18g) was not effective. We had to go up to 2 scoops (36g) before we felt anything, and that reduced our servings per container down to 30.

• Actual Servings per container (for test subjects): 30

Solubility:
Solubility was poor. It did not mix well - clunks of blue powder stuck to the inside of the cup as soon as the powder and water touched. We had to scrape it with a knife, and regardless of how hard we mixed or shook the cup, there was still solid floating matter roaming around our cups.

Defecation:
Yes, we had to use the bathroom within 32 minutes of taking 2 scoops of Nano Vapor Hardcore.

Activation Time:
Nano Vapor Hardcore kicked in at the 36 minute mark (on 2 scoops), but it was barely noticeable.

Sensation Level:
We experienced only a slight sensation in our fingertips on 2 scoops. We had to be completely still to even notice it. Our sensation level was below average (poor).

Duration:
Duration could not be measured due to the tingling sensation going away after about 5 minutes, and we didn't notice anything above normal in the gym. So, for this test, duration is 5-10 minutes or null.

• Muscle Pump: Normal - Nothing out of the ordinary.
• Muscle Strength: Normal - Nothing out of the ordinary.
• Muscles Exercised: Back & Biceps (Rear Delts, Lats, Rhomboids, Traps, Biceps)

We did not experience any increase in performance with MuscleTech Nano Vapor Hardcore. It received a poor rating for performance increase.

Sleep:
naNO Vapor had no affect on sleep.

Product Claims:
Not good. The serving size came out to be 2 scoops before we felt anything. The effects were barely noticeable and the tingly sensation disappeared after 5 minutes.

Final Thoughts on Nano Vapor Hardcore Watermelon
This was our first time with MuscleTech naNO Vapor, and our final thoughts are as follows. The price point is not competitive, and we feel it's too expensive at approximately $1.66 per serving (for our test subjects who needed 2 scoops). We exerienced no increase in performance or strength, very little sensation, no increase in energy. The flavor was fantastic, solubility was poor, activation time was too long (32 - 36 minutes), and serving size was too high at 2 scoops (32g) for our test subjects. For our test subjects, servings per container was not accurate - they will only be getting about 30 servings, rather than the much hoped for 60 as stated on the label.

So what's the verdict? We did not like NANO VAPOR HARDCORE PRO SERIES as a pre-workout supplement.
