Fast acting chewables. 2,100 mg amino acid and energy blend. 1,000 mg of beta-Alanine per serving. Contains B and C vitamins. Just 10 calories. Tips: Essential amino energy chewables provide 100 mg of caffeine per serving, so do not consume after 5pm if you have difficulty sleeping. Essential amino energy chewables also contain beta-Alanine and may cause a temporary tingling sensation on your skin. This is normal. With continued use, the intensity of the sensation will decrease or disappear.
Directions
Take 3-6 chewables 20-30 minutes before exercise, or anytime of the day for an energy boost. Three chews = one serving. Three chews – moderate –
