Directions
As an adult dietary supplement take one scoop with approximately 8 ounces of water 10 to 15 minutes prior to training or in between meals and on an empty stomach. Assess tolerance level prior to increasing dose. Doses should be increased in 1/2 scoop increments. Do not exceed 2 servings in a 24 hour period.
