Directions

As a dietary supplement take 2 capsules twice a day, in the morning and afternoon. Do not take in evening as it may lead to insomnia. Allow at least 6 hours between servings. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to avoid dehydration.
