Directions

To assess tolerance, begin with half of a scoop 20 minutes before exercise on an empty stomach. Advanced users can use up to one and one half scoops pre exercise. Do not combine with any other stimulant products and do not consume more than two scoops in one day. To avoid sleeplessness, avoid consuming this product within 4 hours of sleep.
